BRAVO (As they would say in Greece) for Serenity Travel! Ron and I are very thankful for finding, Don, and Serenity Travel, through some friends. I was running the Athens, Greece Marathon (at 75 yrs. old), and we were very limited with our funds. DON acquired us a package......Tampa to Athens, two round trip tickets and one week at a beautiful hotel (Victory Inn), downtown Athens for the incredible price of $1500!!!!!
We had a marvelous time, cruising the Aegean Sea, and touring the Islands of Hydra, Polos, and Aegean.
A day bus trip to Corinth…What beauty and history!!!
The Greek food was magnificent and very moderately priced. We just hopped the Metro every day and had an adventure discovering all the wonders and "ancient ruins" of Athens. We came home renewed, and YES, I finished the "authentic" Athens, Greece Marathon........where the Olympics started!
